The buildings at the top of this photo and the walls at the bottom are remnants of what was once the largest flour mill in the world. It was powered by St. Anthony Falls on the Mississippi River in #Minneapolis. In 1878 a spark ignited flour dust in the mill, creating an explosion. This is just one building of the remains that still stand. The area is now called "Old Mill Ruins Park"
The Stone Arch Bridge is a former railroad bridge crossing the Mississippi River at Saint Anthony Falls in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is the only arched bridge made of stone on the entire length of the Mississippi River.
