Was about 5PM in July

Lighting

Have to be careful to have Light on the lake because of reflection. Any time when the sun is behind the hill on the right side can be a problem. Nest time is early in the morning but only with early sunrise.

Equipment

Tripod, camera, wide lens, heavy ND filters (10 or more stops)

Inspiration

Nature is bigger than we are and we have to respect that.

Editing

Yes, I always work in some after edit programs as a LR or Capture 1. Just to get some extra elements of the light you have on raw files but it’s not visible on the raw file.

In my camera bag

Fuji cameras, lenses, Square ND filters, tripod, one or two flashes.
