Behind The Lens

Location

I was walking along a beach at Deception pass camp ground looking for a good sunset picture.The view is looking out over The Strait of Juan de Fuca toward the San Juan Islands.

Time

At sunset around 8:30pm

Lighting

The lighting was all natural

Equipment

This was taken with my Olympus E PL1.The lens was a 70mm-150mm.

Inspiration

I was waiting for a sunset picture because of the view.

Editing

I walked along the beach to find the exact location I wanted to shoot.I sat down and waited for the perfect moment and just started snapping pictures.

In my camera bag

For this shot I was still new to taking pictures so I didn't have a lot.So all I had in my bag was a tripod,a 35mm to 70mm lens,a70mm to 150mm lens,and a cleaning cloth.
