Behind The Lens

Location

This shot was taken in my garden on a lovely sunny day.i enjoy taking photos of plants especially up close like this one, .the architecture is amazing which you don't always see until up close.

Time

Taken in the afternoon when the sun was shining. Normally the harsh sunlight isn't always good for photography but in this case it was, I was able to get enough light to get the delicate detail.

Lighting

I wanted to show how amazing nature is and how architectural it can be.

Equipment

I use a Canon 70d and for this photo a 50-75mm standard lens Handheld.

Inspiration

The love of nature and interest in flowers and plants up close.

Editing

I used Light Room to process this, just simple crop and highlight.

In my camera bag

My Canon70d and a couple of basic lenses, not much else, I don't like alot of weight to carry around!

Feedback

A bright day, no wind and take alot of photos you're bound to get at least a couple of decent shots. I handheld camera but maybe a mono pod would help to get a clear sharp shot.
