5 day old baby! German Shepherd puppies are adorable no matter what their age (but then all puppies are adorable, aren't they?) I was trying to capture how dependent they are at this age. Their mamma has to do pretty much everything for them, although they can push themselves around a little. Still, they can't see, hear or walk and depend on their loving mother and keen sense of smell survive.
