This picture was taken a few kilometers from Kasane in the northern limit between Botswana and Namibia.
It was the perfect night with no clouds and of course, no light pollution from any city. The Boab tree was slightly painted with a flash light during this 25s exposure to emphasise its shape against the countless stars.

When shooting the night sky need to be careful to the actual exposure. Longer than 30s you will start seeing the strikes of the stars. Nothing wrong with it except that just a little bit looks more like a mistake than on purpose.
