Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my home in my bathroom. I am a new at photography and love to explore light and angles trying to capture an essence of something different.

Time

I do believe this photo came out fantastic. It’s sexy, sultry and captures the innocence of enjoying a bath. I took this at the end of the day as it was turning to night. This time of day lent itself to setting the perfect mood.

Lighting

The lighting being at the end of the day was perfect since it was just turning to dark. I love candles and added some for ambience. I find them very relaxing and calming. The candles provided enough added lite to make the photo special. I love how it hilights the corner, reflects on the water and adds a shimmery glow to my legs.

Equipment

I’m not into fancy cameras just yet...this was taken with my iPhone 8 Plus.

Inspiration

The bath itself was inspired after a long day of cycling. The photo...I was just fooling around snapping shots. I find the best photos come when your not even trying.

Editing

I don’t believe so .... to be honest I’m not really even sure what that is.

In my camera bag

Just my phone usually...maybe the selfie stick.
