I was trying to take photographs of Osprey flying being a amateur that was pretty difficult. I walk over to the pier and there he was eating his breakfast. I watched for about an hour. In this photo I moved a little closer and angled the camera up. He gave me a cold stare. Respectively moved back to where I was originally observing.
