Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Porto near the Douro river

Time

I believe it was late afternoon, round 4 or 5 o'clock

Lighting

The photo was shot in natural lighting

Equipment

I used the old film Pentax Spotmatic F with Takumar 55mm 1.8 lense

Inspiration

Life is the main source of inspiration for me, so I'm always trying my best to catch the moment in my photos. Although I was not familiar with the deffinition whent thist picture was taken, I believe I did manage to catch the "decisive moment" as Henry Cartier-Bresson called it.

Editing

Barely any, I played somewhat with the shades and highlights, but otherwise I kept everything as it was

In my camera bag

Usually I take just one camera and one lense on a walk: it might be digital or film camera, small or medium format - just whatever I feel like shooting at the moment.

Feedback

Just look around yourself, the world is full of wonders
