Behind The Lens

Location

This picture was taken during a photo workshop. Actually, it was a photo hike ... Many thanks to Steffen Krieger for the tips and guidance.

Time

This is one of my favorite pictures, it was created at the end of the walk around 16:00 clock.

Lighting

For the long exposure of 15 seconds actually an ND filter would have been necessary. Since I do not have any I had to close the aperture strongly (f29)

Equipment

This was shot with my Canon EOS 600D and the 10-18mm super wide angle mounted on a tripod.

Inspiration

It was part of the workshop to capture the movement of water. The cut we were allowed to choose freely.

Editing

In Photoshop, I have slightly increased the contrast and colors.

In my camera bag

In the meantime I have got a lot of equipment for the Canon 600D. As favorite lens I use the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8. For close-ups I have the Canon 100mm f2.8 L Macro in my pocket.
