Myself, other neighbours and a collective of all of our kids young - teens from two council estates built a large bonfire off the cuff Nov 5th 2017 after our local council had "designated areas for bonfires" none of which applied to our estates where we have had bonfires before.
This is my neighbours 16 yr old daughter and her boyfriend :)
