Such a beautiful, awesome capture with wonderful water effects and a beautiful sun halo effect! What settings did you use? Was this two exposures or did you use a graduated ND filter? It seems like it might be with the clouds being both in focus and the water breaking in freeze motion on the right smaller rock with a faster shutter speed and then the cloud wisps stretched out and the obvious gorgeous water long exposure. I'm still learning how to combine exposures...
