In 1659, Jan van Riebeeck and Maria de la Quellerie, then the first Governer of the Cape Colony, produced the first wine from vines that were planted in Wijinberg in Cape Town. Today we celebrate a rich and rewarding history of more than 350 years and continue to enjoy these magnificent wines from the fairest Cape of them all. The second bottle is from an wine estate established in 1692
