My husband used to run everyday before we got married and has talked about wanting to run again. Now we have a dog that loves to run and our kids are now at the age of going to school. A month ago we visited a trail and walked-jogged (my husband started running) the beautiful 3 mile hike. Best way to get fit is having a four legged best friend with you on a beautiful scenic trail. Oh, how I could camp out there and take photos or watercolor paint for days. Enjoy!
