Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the glacier Lagoon in the Eastern part on Iceland.

Time

Due to the location of Iceland the summer months are blessed with a 24 hour day of sunlight. This photo was taken at around 7pm when the sun was still high in the sky.

Lighting

I like to rely on natural lighting.

Equipment

This was taken with a Nikon 700 digital camera. No special equipment was used

Inspiration

This has to be one of the most inspiring spots on the globe. Huge monoliths of ice slowly make their way out to the ocean in otherworldly colors.

Editing

I slightly turned up the saturation in Lightroom. Other than that it's a natural photo.

In my camera bag

I regurally shoot just with my camera.
