I've lived here my whole life, and being so close to the mountains is just a normal thing. One day on a hike it hit me that I've been taking such a beautiful landscape for granted. Our world isn't granted, it is a gift and we should treat it as such. We are taking our planet for granted, and we as a society need to climb the mountain, look out and realize that we need to change our ways to protect our environment.
