Taken on Westheimer Pkwy in Houston.There is a vantage point by the side of the canal which gives a clear view of the road. I set up my tripod-camera around 6:30 PM and shot the traffic on the Westheimer pkwy. I wanted to create light streaks so I shot at a very high exposure 30 secs with a remote control.
