Many of the blossoms on this bush had been singed by frost, this one was closer to the bottom and escaped harm. this bush was large and mature, but in a bad location. We pruned it heavily and dug it up and moved it to its current location. It is kind of scraggly, but the blossoms are beautiful.

Denali Highway lake

This small stream is a few miles east of Denali National Park on Denali Highway.

I was fortunate enough to capture a full moon setting over the Sawtooth Mountains as the sun was rising.

We were floating on the Chilkat River near Haines, Alaska when this one flew into the tree in front of us.
