I was out with my daughter driving south of the City looking for some landscape photos. I knew a storm was rolling in and I figured this would be the ideal time to go out and take a photo. We got caught on the outskirts of town just as the storm hit the city with heavy hail and rain. We drove south trying to avoid it, but it came around and caught up to us. Just before we got hit I saw this image of the storm building up like a monster over the field. I grabbed a few photos and was lucky to have the rays of light break through at one point. After that we got hit pretty hard and had to wait it out along side of the road. It was worth it!! Nature in its best form!
