My favorite selfie, taken on the Great Barrier Reef in Cairns at a site called Turtle Bay. The turtles are very use to the divers and snorkelers at this site. This one seemed very interested in it reflection in my camera. It used to come up to me and swim around with me most times I was there, which was quite often. This Turtle is a Green Turtle (Chelonia mydas). This species is named for the green color of its fat, rather than the color of its skin or shell as most people think. These turtles' shells are in fact olive to black.
I used a Nikon D300 in an Aquatica housing with two Sea & Sea YS110 strobes. Lens used was a Tokina 10-17mm fisheye.
Camera set to manual mode with these setting:
ISO - 400
Aperture - f-16
Shutter speed - 1-160
