Getting there was half the fun for this epic landscape. A 45 minute pre-dawn hike up the side of the mountain across snow and ice covered trails in -6 celsius temperatures was an adventure in itself. Unfortunately it was blizzard like conditions with almost zero visibility. Hanging around for two hours to capture just one epic image was worth the effort.
