Behind The Lens

Location

Taken in my studio in Aalesund-Norway.

Time

Evening.

Lighting

Used flash Mark 2 Di622 for Nikon.

Equipment

Camera. Nikon D 5200. Lens Sigma 50 mm. Ordinary tripod, flash Mark 2 Di622 for Nikon. Waterdrop Kit

Inspiration

Playing with watedrops are fun and you can make great photos.

Editing

I always check the photos in Lightroom. Removes small spots, etc. Never manipulates the pictures. They are the way they come out of the drop machine.

In my camera bag

For waterdrops i use Nikon D5200-Sigma 50 mm. Tripodd and Blitz Mark II Di622 for nikon.

Feedback

There is a lot of trial and error. You can use tempered water, freezing water, etc. The pictures will be different. The drop height of the drops can also be varied.Uses watercolors in the water. Uses different thicknesses on the nozzles which in turn give different pictures. The possibilities are almost endless.
