Though the title says a lot, as I topped a rise to the highest point of land for miles around in that prairie landscape an orange ball of fire to my back and in the west a hot pink horizon greeted me. I stopped to record the fabulous light when to my surprise there I was silhouetted on this blazing hay bail and there my best selfie to date. By the way the temperature was right on the freezing mark.
