A journey along a path where sky and sea meld into one. The paths destination is not of importance, it is the beauty discovered along the way that shall last forever more.

Colours are beautiful. What editing tools do you use? I am just starting out and I really like your work.

This photo was taken on my favorite spot in a town I have been leaving the last year.Time
I noticed some interesting clouds in the sky and decided that the sunset can be scenic enough. it was 20 minutes before the sunset. I packed into my car and drove to my favorite place nearby. I was right and the sunset was pretty amazing.Lighting
Lucky me! The nature gave me the rare clouds just in time of sunset. It was one of the most spectacular sunset I have ever seen.Equipment
It was shot on my Sony NEX-6 with Sigma 19mm f/2.8 EX DN from a tripod.Inspiration
It is a pretty interesting pier on the Vistula river. Its distinctive feature is the fact that this structure was made parallel to the line of a riverbank. I have a bunch of photos of this place and have been waiting for something special.Editing
I have made the usual white balance correction and some touches to the shadows and lights there. And finally, I have slightly increased vibrance to show the rich colors of that sunset. In my camera bag
I don't really like to lift the weights, so usually I have my Sony NEX-6 with Sigma 19 2.8 for the cityscapes and landscapes and a kit lense Sony 16-50 for the quick shots of my kids. Also, I have a couple of old school manual lenses which I like for their awesome image: Olympus 50 1.8 for the portraits and Revuenon-Special 135 2.8 for the details on the landscapes. Also, there are ND and polarizing filters and IR remote control in my bag. Everything is packed in an awesome Lowepro Photo Runner 100. Often, I had my younger son in a carrier on my back, so i can't use a backpack. Photo Runner do a great job for me keeping my hands free and don't trying to sink in a sea or hit to the stones.Feedback
