I took this photo in 1977 in Paris, France. This was during my discovery of photography as my art medium. Often while sitting in a cafe, random musicians, poets, jugglers, etc... would entertain the patrons. I was walking down the street and caught this juxtaposition between the hippie musicians and the older woman trying to pass by. The friend who was with me knew the woman from some of his English classes at the U of Paris.
