Behind The Lens

Location

I am a very amateur photographer, in fact I just dabble in it. I am a pediatric nurse by trade who just enjoys taking pictures in my downtime to relax and destress after long days at work. This photo was actually taken when I was wondering thru a local nursery/ garden show getting ideas for my own yard. I love bright vibrant colors and Gerber Daisy's are one of my favorites. This grouping of them just looked like a blanket of color something that just screamed spring and color and happiness.

Time

Picture was taken mid afternoon.

Lighting

I just try to make sure that when I'm capturing color that the sun in not casting to much of a shadow over the area.

Equipment

I actually don't own a camera I use my Samsung S7 phone on its professional setting, change up the lighting settings, speeds etc before I take my pictures.

Inspiration

I loverslept to garden. I find spending time in the dirt brings something of soothing and relaxing calming feeling to my soul. Just bring in nature, bring it gardening, walking, or out taking pictures I find it soothing after a long day.
