Such a beautiful shot, great Job. I wonder if the light had been over both eyes what it would have looked like. Please don't think I am criticizing your work, just wondering. Beautiful model and great depth of field choices.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Smith rock in Bend

Time

This photo was taken around five in the afternoon.

Lighting

The light over the eye was purposely set experimentally to highlight here eyes.

Equipment

Canon T3i Rebel with a 70mm- 300mm lens. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

Her free spirit and beauty inspired me.

Editing

I had to darken the photo a bit because it was bright but this is mostly how the photo was captured.

In my camera bag

Usually I have a flashlight to help with night shots, stand, remote for night shots, an extra battery and two lenses (70-300 mm lens and 15-50 mm lens)

Feedback

My advice would to have people naturally pose to get a natural look.
