On the way to Julia Creek to trap Julia Creek Dunnarts a friend and I left a week early birdwatching our way to our final destination. This little brown flacon sat so beautifully still for me as I crept continuously closer. It is the closest I have ever been to a live wild falcon and probably the closest I will get without trapping one.
