This solitary mountain rises above the southwestern peninsula of Vestvågøya over the sea and the fishing village of Ballstad.
The mountain is from almost any point on Vestvågøya a real eye-catcher and the adventurous and very steep ascent guarantees fascinating views down to the clear water and the mountain ranges of the Lofotes.
