Debbie Harry performs with her band Blondie at the Guilfest Music Festival, Guildford, Surrey, England.
On this occasion, she came to the front of the stage and smiled directly at me, despite the fact there were 20 other photographers in the pit. I felt so honoured! I couldn't resist framing the moment with the creepy Goth bunny dolls behind her.

I have recognized her, great moment and photo. She is amazing. I remember best of her song. Thank You for photo and description. Congratulation! 😀

Thank you Frank. Yes, Debbie Harry is amazing. I was blessed to take this photo. Afterwards, the other photographers nudged me and said, “She must think you’re special to pose for you like that!” I’ve no idea why she singled me out for a one-to-one moment, but I rate the photo as among the best I’ve taken in a long career. During editing of the image, I saw the strange voodoo dolls on the amplifier behind her, so I cropped the photo to include them, trimming the stage equipment and lighting. Perhaps it was a voodoo-inspired moment that only I experienced, because the image doesn’t do particularly well in ViewBug challenges and competitions. I suspect people don’t recognise her, or I read too much into the karma of the moment, but it was certainly an unforgettable 10 seconds of my life!

Yes, she is perfect, she looks as good, as young, as from the most successful time. Thanks for describing how you felt during the photo shoot. It's a pity that the photo is not more successful. He sings very well. I still listen to her songs. She was most successful then. Frank.
