Rogers Mill is located in Metcalfe County, KY. Since I took these photos it has changed owners and I believe they have restricted visitations as much but it is a gorgeous place. Maybe not for everyone, but to many. If you like quiet, outdoor, nature, wildlife, deer, turkey, squirrels, streams, caves, or to take a long country walk or go horseback riding, this would be your spot. The kids and I used to love going here.
The main log cabin is cozy but beautiful and is located top of the hill with views of the countryside below. It consists of a living room with a library, fireplace and a loft above. There is a small kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom upstairs also. Downstairs there are additional bedrooms, another restroom, and family area.
The watermill is actually functional when need be but not used. This area is used mainly for weddings, cookouts, family reunions, and other gatherings. The watermill itself is not always opened, but the area is. Restrooms are located in another area.

Thank you! This place used to be a common ground for many of my pics and trail rides. New owners started charging for everything you do so it's not as popular anymore.
