Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo 4 years ago on the Olympic peninsula at la push beach.

Time

I went out for a sunset, but the clouds rolled in and it started to drizzle. So It was later in the evening.

Lighting

This photo was made with multiple photos, and was edited extensively in Photoshop. The original beach shot had all kinds of stuff on the sand and foot prints everywhere.

Equipment

I used a small tripod, interval meter, filters and a polarizer.

Inspiration

i was still a beginner at this point, so everything inspired.

Editing

I found this photo on my hard drive years after I took it. I decided it would be perfect for something I always wanted to make, an alien beach.

In my camera bag

A tripod, filters, a few lenses and a interval meter.

Feedback

Never give up, it takes time to learn how to use a camera.
