A sunset shot from Dante's View in Death Valley National Park. It was a Hazy sunset.
Across is the Panamint Mountain range with Telescope Peak at about 11000ft. Below is Badwater Basin at -282ft below sea level. Further up the valley is Devil's Golf Course, Furnace Creek, and the residential area of the Shoshone. Dante's View is about 5000ft, and during the blue hour you can see cars making their way down from the North and up from the South to Furnace Creek camp sights. Fun to watch in a time lapse. Speaking of time lapse, I did a YouTube video which has a time lapse clip of the arch clouds and sunset over Dante's View (hehe). Just google toxictabasco to see it. Thanks for viewing.
