Each season, since 2011, I have tried to capture candid portraits of the players reflecting on the words of their coach at half time or after the rugby match. The series "A Rugby Life" is a collection of black and white portraits of my son (12), who loves rugby with a passion. This was taken after losing the Southern Inland U13 Grand Final, following a week of playing representative rugby at the NSW PSSA Championship.
