I was inspired by the wonderful image titled Escalator" by Evan Lui which features a single escalator coming down onto a beach. Beautifully done.
I decided to put my own spin on the idea as I had photographed this image of a father and son riding down the escalator one day.
I love how still they looked and the fact that the man has a letter - or some piece of paper in his hand.
Is he a guardian angel returning the boy to earth - with a letter of instruction from his superior?
Are they together....father and son....? Given a second chance?
