Behind The Lens

Location

This was shot in a beach near my city called Ammoudara in greek mean sandy beach

Time

It was late afternoon ,start of March so the temperature was quite low for us high temperature creatures called Greeks and you can see the struggle to cope with the cold from the model.

Lighting

Mainly all i use at outdoors photoshoots in natural light and a reflector.At that day the light was filtered from heavy clouds so i wasn't using my reflector.That particular moment the clouds opened and the sun was visible for about 10 minutes so i placed the model in front of the opening and i used the reflector to fill.

Equipment

Canon EOS 550D Shutter Speed 1/500 second Aperture F/4.0 Focal Length 100 mm ISO Speed 200

Inspiration

I wouldn't say that something in particular inspired me to take the photo as it was a normal walk with the model and the timing was right

Editing

Just colour correction and some skin smoothing

In my camera bag

I normally carry with me my trusted 100mm macro and an 50mm

Feedback

Be aware of the elements (wind ,rain etc ), the light direction,keep your model in good mood under all circumstances and create the style that you envisioned right away or with post-processing
