Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is of my precious Great Nephews taken at their home! What a privilege it was to be able to photograph these little fellas! I am a self taught photographer and love documenting special moments in the lives of those I love to not only enjoy now but to also hand down for generations to come.

Time

Haha, It took hours to take these photos. Anyone that takes pictures of newborns knows that they are totally in charge of the photo session! Just when you “think” you have it all planned out, they tell you otherwise. After a few hours of non cooperating little boys, they finally gave up and fell asleep and the magic happened! This image was midday right after they ate and had full tummies!

Lighting

Natural light from an open window only.

Equipment

Canon 5D Mark iii hand held. No flash. Natural light from window.

Inspiration

You can simply look at these precious boys and have your answer!

Editing

I post process all my images for color, contrast and brightness but that is all.
