A full fledged Tornado, probably an EF3 in severity. This was and extremely rare storm that was moving at an unbelievable rate of more then 75 miles per hour. The winds in and around the twister were probably well in excess of 150 to 175 miles per hour. This is the time of year now where tornado's form here in the area they call "Tornado Alley" or Kansas!
