Behind The Lens

Location

While I was on a ferry in Sydney Harbor.

Time

It was late afternoon just after the sun had set.

Lighting

The lighting was all natural and perfect.

Equipment

My Canon 550D with a 18-55mm lens.

Inspiration

The beautiful sunset.

Editing

I took this photo in JPEG format instead of RAW, so I wasn't able to edit it how I wanted to. However, I'm very happy with the way it turned out.

In my camera bag

My Canon 550D, my 50mm f/1.8. A spare lens, a flash and 2 wireless transmitters.

Feedback

Taking photos around golden hour and sun set is the best time of day to take pictures of anything.
