This was taken in my home.

Just using overhead lighting.

Equipment

Flash and my normal lens 25mm-55mm. Canon t-3

Inspiration

My friend wanted to surprise her boyfriend with a Boudoir photos. This was my very photo shoot and I wanted to do something classy and sexy. So we used the Vargas / Classic Pin Up style as my inspiration for this photo.

Editing

This was before I really learned about post processing, so at that time I only had used a b&w filter.

In my camera bag

Camera body, 2 different lens, one of which is my high power zoom, backup battery fully charged.

Feedback

I pre-plan my photo shoots, which means I will check location sites, view images for inspiration, talk with my model to see what they like and are wanting. From that I start to create in my mind what the shoot may entail. Also I always tell my models to dress how they feel comfortable. Because when I can show them how gorgeous they look, the rest of the photo shoot flows like magic.
