This is exceptional, I am still trying to master this technique.

Thank you very much, if you mean the long exposure I bought myself a Cokin Neutral Density filter, which allows the use of longer shots by reducing the light getting into the camera. This one was 8 seconds. If you mean the HDR, I use Photomatix and then mess about with the settings when I get close to a look I like. :)
