Location
This photo was taken inside of my bedroom with a lamp light reflecting onto the flower.Time
This is one of my best images. I shot this photo during the night at 8:00 p.m. because I knew there wouldn't be any outside light reflecting from outside my window. All I did was broadcasted a light onto the flower to get good lighting and got close up and focused on my image to get a perfect shot.Lighting
I thought that my lighting should have hit strong, to lesson shadows, reduce contrast, and suppress texture from the image.Equipment
I used a Canon 14.1 Mega Pixels HD digital camera, with 12x optical zoom, and when I shot my photo it was on Auto.Inspiration
What inspired me to shot this photo, was that I enjoy the sight of a beautiful blossoming flower and I thought the contrast gave off a lot of its strong shadows to conceal the flowers texture and quality.Editing
The post-processing I did to my photo was that I edited with a black and white effect to get a good light reflection and contrasted shadows. In my camera bag
In my bag, I normally would keep my Canon 14.1 mega pixel digital camera and my SD card and my computer to upload my images.Feedback
Its not as simple as just taking a picture. Make sure you have a great angle and good light intensity to give your image a professional look. Make sure also, that you not only shoot one photo and think thats all there is too it. Get different angles and try different techniques in order to improve you picture taking qualities.
