My granddaughter was watching her favourite TV programme and she sits by the window on her Grandmas rocking chair the lighting was natural

Equipment

Canon EOS 500 I think or it may have been my older camera which was also a Canon which I no longer have and can't remember the mark

Inspiration

My grandaughter is to me a beautiful little girl and is very photogenic, I have been photographing her since she was born

Editing

I cheated in a way as this was originally taken in colour, but changed it to black and white as I thought it was more pleasing to the eye

In my camera bag

A Canon EOS 500 with two lenses both that came with the camera and also an old Sigma telephoto lens which I think I used to take the photo shown and a Tamron 16 - 300 which I recently purchased, plus a 360ad Jessops flashlight and various filters, a mono and a normal tripod

Feedback

I am a complete novice but am feeling my way by picking up tips here and there. I can't really afford the high end range of equipment but make do with what I have
