Artists hippies and performers of all descriptions gather around the effigy of Our Lady of Artica as she is set ablaze. Artica is an arts festival held annually in St. Louis Missouri to coincide with the ancient celebration of Samhain. The festival is held on the grounds of the old Cotton belt Railway building near downtown St. Louis.
