Behind The Lens

Location

This is at Walnut Beach, Milford CT

Time

Around 5:45 in the morning just prior to sunrise

Lighting

Natural Lighting or perhaps natural Minimal light was still fairly dark when I took this shot

Equipment

Pentax K-5 TAMRON AF 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 Di II LD Aspherical [IF] MACRO Vanguard Tripod

Inspiration

Although I do feel sorry for the owners who at some stage lost this pier most likely in one of the storms, I also so love capturing decay such as this

Editing

nothing special just a bit of sharpening and contrast adjustment

In my camera bag

Ricoh IMAGING COMPANY, LTD. Pentax K-3 TAMRON AF 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 Di II LD Aspherical [IF] MACRO Tamron 90mm Macro lens PENTAX DA 10-17mm Spare memory cards and Batteries

Feedback

Shooting in low light like this a Tripod is essential
