Stunning capture!

I love the simple complexity of this image. The patience it took to catch the deer's curious gaze at just the right moment. The framing effect of the trees. The narrowed DOF that leaves the "country home" just enough out of focus to not compete with the deer, yet still be a very real and crucial part of the whole. Masterfully done!
