Location
I took this on one of the small islands called Soneva in the Maldives when i was there in 2010Time
I took a walk along the beach at about 7am that morning walking with just the camera and nature looking at its beauty early morning as thats the best time to appreciate nature and the gift that God gave usLighting
I was lucky to get the clouds in the background as it was mainly clear sky but this specific morning it was a little overcast and it cleared about two hours later again.Equipment
At that point i was using The Fujifilm S200EXR bridge camera. Exposure at 1/640-sec and iso 100 with f/8. No flash or aditional lights was used nor any filter not even a tripod.Inspiration
I always look for that in the moment image and just walking down the beach and seeing the people on the boardwalk just grabbed my attentionEditing
Yes i did i resized it and made it black n whiteIn my camera bag
I always have my Canon 600d with a canon 18-135 lens on it as well as a Canon 60d with a 70-200 lensFeedback
What i have learned is that beeing a Photographer is not just about what equipment you have but more on your ability to use whats available to you beeing creative but mostly to be patient as the right shot mite take a while to get. But most of all always try and be different from others and show the people exactly what you as the photographer sees
