could u explain me how did you take it?! have u edited it?

f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/10 shutter speed, no tripod and the dancers were in motion. The slow shutter speed and the motion created the "blur" that you see. I only gave the colors a little more saturation (to bring out the blue) and increased the shadows. I also cropped it to see only what mattered most. Thanks for your interest.
