reihaneh, this was taken in the late evening and it was back lit by the sun, which made the back ground quite dark already. The camera was on a tripod. This was taken with a Canon 7D with a 100 mm macro lens. I took it at f/9.5, ISO 400. I was on Aperture priority (that is my normal mode). The SS was 1/4 sec. I converted to b/w in post-processing and also increased the contrast and the blacks (in lightroom). I did a little more processing in Photoshop, but not much.
