Hi Magnetoman...love your profile..I always loved people photography. Just getting back into it..what is your lens of choice for portraits? I just got a 5D myself. smashed my 7D by accident and upgraded instead of replacing it.

Hi Joan, Thanks for commenting. Like your taste in cameras! If I had the choice, I'd go for the 70-200mm f2.8 mkII, IS lens but I've just ordered my new Applemac 5K so cash is a bit short at present! Currently I use either my 24-105 f4 or, sometimes, my 100-400 zoom - that one lends itself to candid shots and gives a great bokeh, but the smaller lens is a bit lighter and less conspicuous - although I usually ask before taking peoples photograph, the big white one can put people off a bit.
